Went to visit Redfit two weeks ago to look at Pilates reformers. There were two on display and the third model they stocked had just been sold so Brett put it together for us right there and then (even though it was the cheapest of the three options). I went away and did some more research including driving down to the Gold Coast to Pilates world, who were very nice but their prices weren’t as competitive as Bretts and they were going to charge to put the reformer together and again for delivery.I went back on Sunday afternoon to visit Brett at Redfit and purchased an align Pilates reformer with Four accessories which he gave me 20% off each accessory and it was delivered to my apartment less than three hours later where Brett assembled the machine all for free! The best service I’ve had by anyone in the year and a half I’ve lived in Australia!I highly recommend Brett and Redfit for any fitness or Pilates equipment.

Highly recommend the professional knowledge and excellent service! After extensively researching water rowers online and checking out a few suppliers we were happy that we bought from Redfit. Despite the shoddy service which proliferates these days, RedFit is a blast from the past, where good service is paramount and doing the best for a customer just seems to come naturally. From the first enquiry, the service was unbelievably superb and the price for extras like delivery, installation and removal of old equipment, was so modestly priced that it reflects another time. RedFit has my unqualified recommendation.

Recently purchased the M1 Align Pilates reformer from Redfit. Brett delivered the reformer and set it up on the same day of purchase. Really impressed with his customer service, and I'm loving the reformer as well!

Did a heap of research before buying a 7 foot barbell from Redfit. Was the same price as other stores but the quality was way better than any other store. Very happy with the purchase.

Brett and his team were amazing. He helped me figure out how to modify a half rack to fit into home. I needed to drop 150mm and he gave me three options. It worked perfectly and they went to a lot of effort to make sure I was able to load it in and get it home. Really can't recommend Brett and his team enough.

I put in a lot of research before settling on my cross trainer. It is amazing but the service given by Brett each time I purchase an item from Redfit is exceptional.
